Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (AI/ML) to drive deployment, production readiness, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions. You will translate models from development to production, ensure reliability, and measure impact against business KPIs.

You will lead end-to-end deployment, monitoring, and incident response, collaborating with AI engineers, product teams, and governance to maintain security and ethical AI standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with AI/ML operations in production environments.
• Experience deploying and managing AI/ML solutions in production.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services and containerized deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models and solutions.
• Establish and maintain monitoring frameworks; identify bottlenecks and data drift.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure business value.
• Implement MLOps practices and automation to streamline deployment lifecycle.
• Work with risk, compliance, and governance teams to meet policies and ethics.
• Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis with preventive actions.
