Archer Recruitment seeks a Lead AgenticAI Architect to design and build sophisticated multi-agent AI systems. You will lead production-grade Python solutions powering mission-critical applications in a globally distributed team.

Ideal candidates have prior experience delivering Agentic AI, strong leadership, and a passion for ground-floor greenfield programs with a fully remote setup in an international context.

• Software engineering background is required.
• Prior experience delivering Agentic AI systems is essential.
• Strong leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of sophisticated multi-agent AI systems.
• Build robust production-grade Python solutions powering real-world AI applications.
• Design, build and evolve multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Create intelligent agents that turn data into decisions.
