Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a new Agentic AI team building the next generation of intelligent software experiences at a global scale. You will own features from design through production, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable AI solutions.

The role focuses on production-grade AI agents, full-stack development with Python/TypeScript/JavaScript, and integrating AI with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud

Qualifications

• Proven experience building full-stack software at massive scale.
• Commercial experience with AI/ML, LLMs or AI agents.
• Strong Python, TypeScript or JavaScript skills.
• Experience building production AI agents or agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Develop scalable software using Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
• Own features across the full SDLC, from design to deployment.
• Build testing, observability and monitoring into AI applications.
• Contribute to CI/CD, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
