We are seeking an experienced and motivated Laundry Supervisor / Production Supervisor to join our team. The Role

Reporting to the management team, the Laundry/Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the laundry during the night shift. You will lead and motivate the production team, ensuring that all operational, quality and productivity targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, support and coordinate all laundry production staff.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily production and quality targets.
• Monitor finished laundry to ensure all items are clean, stain-free, correctly finished and ready for customer use.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, productivity and adherence to company procedures.
• Ensure production runs efficiently and that customer requirements and deadlines are consistently met.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes, systems and overall efficiency.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the laundry.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, health & safety and operational discipline.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent service.
• Address production issues promptly and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure company procedures and quality standards are consistently followed.
