Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to understand their needs and explain insurance options.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service and support.
• Provide guidance on personal insurance products and coverages.
• Prepare and manage quotations, renewals and policy changes.
• Work closely with insurers and underwriters to find the best solutions for customers.
• Support customers across phone, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Continue developing knowledge and professional skills through training and development opportunities.
