Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support clients with insurance needs. No prior insurance experience is required; full training, mentorship, and development support will help you build a successful long-term career in insurance.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and help them secure the right cover and protection. From day one, you’ll have leaders invested in your development and success.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification required.
• Successful candidates will be supported in achieving the relevant professional insurance qualifications under Central Bank regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide guidance and advice on a range of personal insurance products.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotes, renewals and policy amendments.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Continue developing your insurance knowledge and professional qualifications.
