Job summary

Gallagher GMIB in Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Executive who will help clients find suitable protection and deliver a friendly, professional service across phone, email and other channels. No prior insurance experience is required, and training will be provided to support professional qualifications.

You will work with insurers to understand client needs, maintain records and support customers through multiple channels while developing your knowledge and career within a global broker

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to understand their needs and explain suitable insurance options.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide guidance on a range of personal insurance products.
• Prepare and manage quotations, renewals and policy changes.
• Collaborate with insurers and underwriters to find the best solutions for customers.
• Support customers across phone, email and other channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Pursue ongoing training and development opportunities.
