Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support installation, validation, and maintenance of IT instrument systems.
• Draft and update IT-related SOPs and procedures.

• Train users on proper use of analytical equipment.
• Manage AD accounts and enforce RBAC controls.
• Collaborate with corporate IT and local units.
• Keep systems up-to-date with supported versions.
• Participate in team meetings and audits.

Role Overview

The IT Systems Support Specialist will support the installation, validation, and maintenance of a wide range of computerized instrument systems in both laboratory and manufacturing environments. This role ensures compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, lifecycle management, and applicable quality standards.

Note : This is a 5 day On-Site role in Limerick, Ireland

Educational Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Equivalent industry experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• Experience inpharmaceutical or other regulated industriespreferred
