Job summary

QPTech Ltd. in Limerick is seeking a Senior Analyst – Laboratory IT Systems to support the installation, validation and ongoing maintenance of computerised analytical instrumentation across laboratory and manufacturing environments.

The role requires hands-on technical work with Active Directory, CSV, and data integrity controls, collaborating with lab users, engineering teams and corporate IT. On-site work is predominant in a pharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or other regulated industry.
• Experience supporting computerised systems within a regulated environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with analytical equipment software.
• Experience with Active Directory including users, groups, OUs and GPOs.
• Knowledge of GxP, cybersecurity and data integrity requirements.
• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, validate and maintain computerised analytical instrumentation systems.
• Develop in-depth IT functionality for laboratory systems.
• Draft and maintain SOPs and procedures.
• Deliver CSV work products for new and existing systems.
• Provide technical support for systems connected to lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot user accounts, access and configuration issues.
