The IT Systems Support Specialist will support the installation, validation, and maintenance of a wide range of computerized instrument systems in both laboratory and manufacturing environments. This role ensures compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, lifecycle management, and applicable quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Equivalent industry experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industriespreferred
Knowledge of GxP, data integrity, andcomputer system validation (CSV)
Stronginterpersonal skills, effectivedecision-making abilities, and ability to handlerepetitive tasksundertime pressure
Experience withActive Directory, identity and access management, andSOP development
Gain in-depth knowledge of IT functionality for analytical equipment to supportinstallation, upgrade, validation, and maintenance
Draft and updateIT-related SOPs and procedures
Executecomputer system validation deliverables for both new and existing projects
Train and support users on proper use ofcomputerized analytical equipment
Administeruser accounts in Active Directory (AD) and other identity management systems
Maintain properaccess controls using role-based security models
Manage AD environments, including user/group management, OUs, and Group Policies
Serve as a liaison between corporate IT teams and local business units
Keep systems and applications up-to-date with current supported versions
Actively participate in team meetings and audit activities
