Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent industry experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth IT functionality knowledge for analytical equipment to support installation, upgrade, validation, and maintenance.
• Draft and update IT-related SOPs and procedures.
• Execute computer system validation deliverables for projects.
• Train and support users on proper use of computerized analytical equipment.
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and other identity management systems.
• Maintain proper access controls using role-based security models.
• Manage AD environments, including user/group management, OUs, and Group Policies.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate IT teams and local business units.
• Keep systems and applications up-to-date with current supported versions.
• Actively participate in team meetings and audit activities.

Educational Qualifications / Experience
