Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a diligent KYC and Onboarding Support professional to assist relationship managers. You will review KYC documentation, ensure AML compliance, manage onboarding packages, and support customers throughout the onboarding process.

Candidate should have a university degree in economics/finance and strong communication skills, with English required and French/German as an asset. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to maintain compliant relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in KYC and/or Client Onboardings is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Understanding of the financial services industry and funds industry.
• Knowledge of English; French and German are assets.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC reviews on clients and ensure AML compliance.
• Oversee onboarding document collection and pre-checks.
• Prepare onboarding packages for approval and support day-to-day client processes.
• Assist relationship managers and respond to escalated customer queries.
