The CPL Group in Dublin City Centre is seeking a KYC Specialist to support onboarding and ongoing reviews. You will conduct KYC onboarding and periodic reviews, validate documents for completeness and accuracy, and ensure they meet regulatory and internal requirements, with a focus on registration, regulation, ownership and KYB.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of KYC or AML experience, a risk-aware approach, and the ability to escalate issues to the Team Leader when necessary.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of KYC or AML experience.
• Experience conducting KYC onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Ability to validate documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Familiarity with KYB, registration, regulation, ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct KYC onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Validate information/documentation for completeness, adequacy and accuracy.
• Ensure documentation meets internal/external requirements, focusing on registration, regulation, ownership and KYB.
• Investigate and assess matches for Negative News and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP); determine materiality and prepare rationale for sign-off when required.
• Escalate issues arising during onboarding/periodic reviews to the Team Leader and follow instructions.
