Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking an experienced KYC / Client Onboarding leader to head a specialist team supporting a sophisticated institutional client base. The role focuses on delivering premium onboarding, managing complex pipelines and driving improvements.

You will build relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk and Front Office, while developing MI and dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across KYC, AML, client onboarding or due diligence.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Comfortable presenting performance and issues to senior management.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• A genuine focus on client service and operational improvement.
• Aviation, structured finance or financial services experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of KYC and onboarding professionals.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding pipeline, ensuring a fast, efficient and client-focused service.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk and Front Office.
• Develop MI, dashboards and performance reporting for senior management.
• Identify process and policy improvements and drive their implementation.
• Manage escalations and ensure complex onboarding issues are resolved quickly.
• Work within a specialist environment supporting international aviation and structured finance clients.
