Job summary

Supermac’s is seeking a Kitchen staff member to help keep the kitchen running smoothly and ensure every customer enjoys a great experience. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining kitchen hygiene, supporting the Chef on duty, and following health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, following all regulations.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained, clean, and presentable to staff, customers, and health inspectors.
• Report any damage or wear and tear to your supervisor or manager.
• Support the Chef on duty to help deliver high-quality food and service.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are signed off.
• Follow company policies on stock control, waste management, deliveries, and health & safety.
• Show initiative and creativity while helping maintain high standards and quality control.
• Adapt to new procedures and policies introduced by the kitchen manager.
