Job summary

Supermac’s Charlestown is hiring kitchen staff for a full-time role. You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly and deliver great experiences to customers.

The job involves cleaning, equipment maintenance, assisting the chef, and following health & safety policies as part of a fast-paced team. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland and be adaptable to new procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, following all regulations.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained, clean, and presentable to staff, customers, and health inspectors.
• Report any damage or wear and tear to your supervisor or manager.
• Support the Chef on duty to help deliver high-quality food and service.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are signed off.
• Follow company policies on stock control, waste management, deliveries, and health & safety.
• Show initiative and creativity while helping maintain high standards and quality control.
• Adapt to new procedures and policies introduced by the kitchen manager.
