Job summary

The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie in Limerick is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. We offer flexible shifts with part-time and full-time options, and immediate start dates where possible.

Under the guidance of our kitchen staff, you will help with food prep, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment. Wages start at €14.15/hour with higher rates on Sundays and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food prep and basic cooking tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Wash dishes and manage dishware/pot wash.
• Receive and store deliveries correctly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support the wider kitchen team during service.

We're now looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting chefs with food prep and basic cooking tasks

• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations

• Washing up and managing dishware/pot wash

• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly

• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service
