Fallon & Byrne is Dublin's premier food destination and home to our bustling Foodhall, Wine Cellar, Dining Room and Ballroom. We are seeking Kitchen Porters to support our busy back of house teams in Dublin.

This role focuses on assisting in food preparation, cleaning duties and maintaining a sanitary, organised environment. A friendly, proactive team member with prior Kitchen Porter experience will thrive in our supportive workplace with growth opportunities.

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter
• Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in the food preparation process.
• Carrying out basic cleaning tasks as fast as possible.
• Collecting and washing up pots and pans.
• Cleaning crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready.
• Unloading equipment and food from deliveries.
• Ensuring the storeroom remains organised.
• Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised.
