As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen environment. Your efficiency, attention to detail, and collaborative approach will directly contribute to the success of our organisation and the delivery of exceptional service. - Receive, check, and correctly store deliveries and stock items, maintaining organised inventory systems with meticulous attention to detail - Perform daily and deep cleaning schedules as directed, demonstrating commitment to excellence and the highest hygiene standards

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and general kitchen duties as required, working collaboratively to support team objectives - Follow all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures at all times, demonstrating a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment - Handle kitchen equipment and utensils with care, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and safe operation
• Maintain an organised and efficient workflow within the kitchen, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment - Respond promptly to requests from kitchen and management staff, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing kitchen demands - Identify and address operational challenges with a problem-solving mindset, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive kitchen culture where all team members feel valued and respected - Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance in accordance with organisational standards
