Job summary

Responsibilities

• Arrive promptly in full, clean uniform as scheduled.
• Maintain high personal and kitchen hygiene following HACCP requirements.
• Ensure all crockery, cutlery and glassware are washed, dried, polished and stored.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily hygiene checks.
• Comply with fire, health and safety, hygiene, and security policies.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and tidy.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Assist with delivery intake and general duties.
