Gourmet Food Parlour in Santry, Dublin, is seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, experienced kitchen porter to join our catering kitchen team. This permanent, full-time role offers varied shifts and the chance to grow with the brand.

You will keep the kitchen clean, support deliveries, and work under the Head Chef. We value teamwork, reliability, and flexibility, including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen operations.
• Be a team player and support all kitchen areas.
• Remain calm under pressure and multitask to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Follow dress and personal hygiene codes.

Responsibilities

• Wash crockery and utensils.
• Daily clean of kitchen areas.
• Deep clean of kitchen equipment.
• Keep store areas neat and tidy.
• Provide porter support with deliveries.
• Handle waste areas, packaging disposal, and recycling.
• Assist Head Chef in various areas as needed.
• Attend training to perform duties safely.
• Carry out other duties as may be required.
