The Riverside Park Hotel & Leisure Club is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team by the River Slaney in Co. Wexford.

You will help maintain cleanliness, support chefs, and ensure hygiene standards are met in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include dishwashing, basic food prep assistance, waste disposal, and helping with deliveries, all while following health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash dishes and equipment.
• Assist in basic food preparation as required.
• Keep work surfaces, floors, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste and recycling responsibly.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries safely.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support kitchen team with additional duties as required.
• Participate in team training and stay updated on safety practices.
