Radisson BLU Hotel & Spa, Cork, part of The iNUA Collection, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. The role involves maintaining a clean kitchen, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces and assisting chefs with prep work to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces and equipment.
• Managing waste disposal and recycling.
• Restocking supplies.
• Assisting chefs with prep work (washing vegetables, etc.).
• Supporting chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
