Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club in Maynooth is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team and maintain a clean, organized environment. You will report to the Executive Head Chef and help ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key duties include cleaning kitchen areas and equipment, assisting with deep cleaning, and adhering to HACCP regulations. A positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility across shifts are essential.

The 4-star Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club is seeking a hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our fantastic team. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Maynooth town centre and only a 25-minute drive from Dublin City Centre, the Glenroyal Hotel is easily accessible via national rail and bus services.

Role Overview

As a Kitchen Porter, reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you'll help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen, supporting the wider kitchen team to uphold a smooth operation. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will be key to keeping everything running efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean and well-organised
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required
• Follow all HACCP regulations
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
• Assist with other duties as required
