Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club in Maynooth is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. You will report to the Executive Head Chef and help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen to support smooth operations.

Key duties include cleaning all kitchen areas and equipment, assisting with deep cleaning, following HACCP regulations, and helping with other tasks as required. A team player with a positive attitude is essential for busy shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Conversational English required.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Enjoy working in busy environments.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts (5 days across 7).

Responsabilités

• Keep kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean and well-organised.

Food & Beverage Duty Manager Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club

The 4-star Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club is seeking a hard-working Kitchen Porterto join our fantastic team. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Maynooth town centre and only a 25-minute drive from Dublin City Centre, the Glenroyal Hotel is easily accessible via national rail and bus services.

Role Overview:

As a Kitchen Porter, reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you'll help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen, supporting the wider kitchen team to uphold a smooth operation. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will be key to keeping everything running efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean and well-organised
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required
• Follow all HACCP regulations
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
