Job summary

The Wright Group is hiring a Kitchen Porter for The Marqette Food Hall & Bar at Dublin Airport (Terminal 1). You will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly, supporting cleaning, washing and basic food prep, and ensuring a clean, sanitised work environment.

The role involves shift work, with early starts such as 3am and a 5-days-a-week pattern. Garda Vetting is required as part of the recruitment process, with full-time employment and opportunities to train and develop within

Qualifications

• Carrying out basic cleaning tasks as fast as possible.
• Collecting and washing up pots and pans.
• Cleaning crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready.
• Unloading equipment and food from deliveries.
• Ensuring the storeroom remains organised.
• Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised.
• Basic food preparation from time to time

As we are based in Dublin Airport, we work based on shift work. You will be expected to work from 3am for some shifts. You must be available any day per week, 5 days over 7.
