Job summary

The Wright Group is seeking Full Time Experienced Bar Staff to join the Marqette at Terminal 1 & 2 in Dublin Airport. This fast paced role focuses on travel and customer service, with shifts starting as early as 3am and requiring availability 5 days over 7.

You will be behind the bar performing pint pulling, drink measuring and delivering a warm, chatty service to guests, while maintaining knowledge of menus and promotions. Garda vetting may apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• 3 years experience behind a busy Bar.
• Desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Flexibility with regards to hours.
• A good command of the English Language.
• Impeccable self-presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• Acknowledge and warmly welcome guests to the bar.
• Maintain knowledge on product offerings, including menus, wines, hot and cold beverages, gelato and promotions.
• Ensure the food hall, bar and all food & beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
• Participate in all relevant internal training.
• Maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.
• Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.

Job description

We are looking for Full Time Experienced Bar Staff to join our team in the Marqette in Terminal 1 & 2 in Dublin Airport.

This is a fast paced role with travel & customer service at the heart of what you will do.

We require a Bartender with Pint pulling, drink measuring & great chat for our customers.

As we are based in Dublin Airport, we work based on shift work. You will be expected to work from 3am for some shifts. You must be available 5 days over 7 per week.

Purpose

To provide a high standard of customer care by ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the food hall operations. Provide all guests with a consistently high standard of service by ensuring a warm welcome, delivery of accurate and efficient orders and the attention to detail that ensures maximum guest satisfaction.

Role and Key Responsibilities
