Job summary

The O'Callaghan Collection is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to uphold our high standards of guest comfort in our Dublin city centre properties. You will carry out cleaning, laundry, and replenishing duties with a focus on hospitality and hygiene.

Join a design-led luxury hospitality team that values professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach. Flexible hours and weekends may be required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Provide superb guest service at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in cleaning and hygiene.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
