Job summary

Windward Management Limited is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter for the Connemara Coast Hotel in Ireland. You will support kitchen operations by cleaning equipment, maintaining hygiene, and assisting during busy periods.

The role requires a willingness to work late shifts and weekends, with opportunities for training and career progression across the Windward group. Competitive hourly wage and meals provided while on duty are included.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a large kitchen is a bonus.
• Fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Able to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean using an industrial dishwasher.
• Lift and carry loads as required.
• Clean cooking equipment and utensils.
• Clean inside walk-in fridges.
• Tidy walls and benches in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Empty bins regularly.
• Be available for late shifts, midweek and weekends.

• Maintaining a clean environment in the kitchen
• Emptying bins
• Be available for late night shifts, midweek and weekend work
