Responsibilities

• Using a industrial dishwasher to clean restaurant crockery and cutlery.
• Lifting and carrying loads
• Cleaning cooking equipment & utensils
• Cleaning inside of walk-in fridges
• Cleaning walls and benches in the kitchen
• Maintaining a clean environment in the kitchen
• Emptying bins
• Be available for late night shifts, midweek and weekend work
