Job summary

Sodexo is hiring for a full-time kitchen role in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The position supports a busy kitchen team with cleaning, receiving deliveries, and basic food prep. The role requires an energetic team player who values safety and hygiene, offering training and opportunities for career development.

• Full training provided; prior kitchen experience is a plus.

• Flexibility for early shifts and occasional weekend cover.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well-organised.
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks as needed.
• Check, accept and correctly store incoming deliveries.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and support colleagues.

What you'll do:

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed
• Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues

What you'll bring:

• We provide full training, but if you’ve worked in a kitchen before, that’s a plus!
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
