Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Porter to uphold high cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will wash, clean and sanitise crockery, utensils, pots and pans, and assist the restaurant team during peak service periods.

Responsibilities include following all food safety and health & safety procedures and working effectively as part of the wider kitchen and restaurant team across shifts.

Qualifications

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean and sanitise crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Clear and clean tables, remove used crockery and assist the restaurant team during peak service periods.
• Follow all food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times.
• Work effectively as part of the wider kitchen and restaurant team.
