The SpitJack in Limerick seeks a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team in a fast-paced rotisserie brasserie on Bedford Row.

We're now looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team.

• Assisting chefs with food prep and basic cooking tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
• Washing up and managing dishware/pot wash
• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
