Job summary

The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie in Limerick is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen. We provide full training, no prior experience required, and the role offers a flexible mix of part-time and full-time shifts with immediate start available.

You will help wash dishes, keep the kitchen clean, assist chefs with basic prep, handle deliveries and waste, and uphold strict food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Washing up and keeping dishes and kitchen equipment clean.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment and workstations.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service.

Wages:
From €14.15/hour

• Washing up and managing dishware, pots, and kitchen equipment
