Qualifications

• Previous experience as kitchen assistant/commis chef.
• Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
• Good command of the English language.

• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating.
• Follow recipes and guidelines provided by senior chefs for accurate and consistent food preparation.
• Operate kitchen equipment and machinery following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory and restocking supplies.
