Calusade Hotels Limited is seeking a Kitchen Porter to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our kitchen and back-of-house areas, supporting the Executive Chef and Head Kitchen Porter. You will handle dishwashing, basic food preparation, and ensure HACCP and health and safety standards are met.

The Kitchen Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of all kitchen and back-of-house areas in line with Calusade Hotels standards. Working under the guidance of the Executive Chef, Head Chef or Head Kitchen Porter, this role supports the kitchen team through effective cleaning, pot wash operations and basic food preparation while ensuring full compliance with HACCP and health and safety requirements.

Previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and fluent English. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Basic understanding of food service and hygiene practices advantageous.
Carry out any additional duties as required by the Executive Chef, Head Chef or Management Team, consistent with the needs of the business.
