Job summary

Amundi in Dublin is seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst (Trading) for a 24-month VIE programme. You will join the ALTO platform support team, providing 1st level production issue resolution and user access handling.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Teamwork and ability to work independently after training.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/finance field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level application support for production issues from initial contact to resolution.
• Utilise incident/problem management to support critical Investment business processes.
• Process user requests for application access and authorisation.
• Assist onboarding of new clients onto ALTO modules (OMS, Trading, PMS, Risk).
• Document and optimise support activities.
• Provide end-user training where necessary.
