Job summary

The Kingsley in Cork is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will assist in cooking mains, run the pass, and contribute to menu development under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

The role demands leadership, attention to HACCP standards, and a willingness to mentor junior staff. You must hold a recognized culinary qualification, have 2–4 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English.

We are currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to work full time at The Kingsley. The fast paced environment and dynamic kitchen, run by the renowned Executive Chef Jurjis Baufals, with an innovative and creative with a professional team of chefs. Role:

• Working in the restaurant cooking mains and working the pass

Requirements:

• Chef Qualification
• 2-4 years previous experience in a similar background and role

• Flexibility to work across all disciplines within the Kitchen
• Preparation for all services
