Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Junior Sales Executive in Ireland’s food manufacturing sector to support relationships with retail and food service clients. You will conduct client visits, present our product range, and help manage accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will assist with market insights, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery, and maintain CRM records while supporting promotions and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Strong interest in food manufacturing and the FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated to learn and succeed, both independently and in a team.
• Commercially aware and customer-focused.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Full clean driving licence required.
• Desirable: experience with retail stores, wholesalers, or food service clients, and knowledge of the Irish FMCG or food distribution market. A qualification in business, sales, marketing, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities
