Job summary

Transport Infrastructure Ireland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management of Luas and other light rail projects, providing cost control, valuations and risk assessment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, accurate reporting and adherence to NTA guidelines.

The role requires a degree in quantity surveying or related discipline, familiarity with GCCC/ FIDIC/ NEC contracts, and strong numeracy and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in quantity surveying or related discipline.
• Be a student or associate member of RICS / SCSI, working towards chartership.
• Experience in cost management within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quantity Surveyors in commercial management of projects.
• Assist tender process and tender evaluations.
• Develop and manage project cost plans and estimates.
• Participate in risk management processes.
• Collaborate across divisions to meet deadlines.
