Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in a quantity surveying role within civil engineering or construction.
• Working knowledge of commercial and contractual practices within the Irish civil engineering industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop within a collaborative commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantity surveying support to site engineering and commercial teams.
• Monitor project costs, productivity and commercial performance weekly and monthly.
• Assist with claims measurement, valuations and commercial reporting.
• Prepare and update monthly valuations.
• Measure and value site works according to project requirements.
• Support cost control and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
• Assist with administration of contractual and commercial requirements.
