Lumen Search Ltd. is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a 89-unit residential development in Gorey, Co. Wexford.

The role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and site team to coordinate daily delivery and progressively take on more project responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong residential background, with prior experience as Site Engineer, Senior Engineer, Site Manager or Assistant/Junior PM and a clear understanding of residential construction methods,

Qualifications

• Experience on residential construction in Ireland.
• Background in Site Engineering or Site Management.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and design issues.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day delivery of the 89-unit residential development.
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and direct labour to ensure works progress in line with programme.
• Work closely with the engineering team on technical issues, drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Assist with short-term programming and planning of upcoming works.
• Coordinate with the design team, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays or issues at an early stage.
• Ensure works are completed to the required quality standards and in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Support procurement and ensure materials and subcontractor packages are coordinated with the construction programme.
• Assist with site meetings, progress reporting and project documentation.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across the development.
• Support snagging, quality control and handover as the project progresses.
