Job Description
  • Recognised Project Management training;
  • Business management experience
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar Project Management role in large scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience of successfully managing third party consultants and contractors.
  • Previous experience providing consulting services in a multi‑disciplinary engineering environment;
  • Commercial awareness and contract knowledge (e.g. FIDIC, NEC or similar);
  • Design experience gained from concept development and detailed engineering;
  • Practical experience gained from construction, commissioning, and testing;
  • Experience or knowledge of the planning process in the Republic of Ireland.
Qualifications
  • A degree in an Engineering, Project Management or Renewables focused subject
  • Be a Chartered Engineer (or working towards / close to Chartered or Incorporated status); or Project Management Professional status or working towards it
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager on renewable energy projects or a closely related infrastructure sector is a requirement with experience of performing the PSDP role on projects
  • You have a proven track record on business development
  • You are a self‑starter, ambitious and able to manage multiple tasks. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and are willing to work in a variety of different roles
