You will participate in lab testing, data analysis, and design activities, while developing technical expertise and contributing to new product development programs for the European market.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Entry level; internship or co‑op preferred.
• Understanding of fundamental fluid and thermal principles.
• Working knowledge of 3D CAD and engineering drawing practice.
• Willingness to learn European mechanical and refrigeration codes and standards (CE marking, PED, Machinery Directive, EN 378).
• Able to organize and process large amounts of data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, primarily within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support the mechanical design and performance of air‑cooled chiller components.
• Assist with laboratory testing and factory activity.
• Contribute to new product development programs while building technical expertise.
• Learn and apply European mechanical and safety codes and directives (CE marking, PED, Machinery Directive, EN 378).
• Support lab test programs; collect, reduce, and present test data under guidance.
• Assist with selection of mechanical components such as heat exchangers, fans, valves, and piping.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to factory operations, the laboratory, and product technical service.
• Communicate progress to project team and adhere to project plans.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
