Job summary

NetApp in Cork seeks a motivated Renewal Sales Specialist - Italian speaker to manage renewals for existing customers, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities. You will guide customers through the renewal journey and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value.

As part of NetApp's hybrid culture, you will be required to come to the Cork City Office at least three times per week. Experience in renewals, sales awareness, and CRM proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Experience operating in a sales environment.
• Strong Italian language skills (C1 or above).
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office; ability to adopt new tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for existing customers.
• Collaborate with quoting specialists to ensure accurate renewal quotes.
• Maintain on-time and in-quarter renewal rates and govern discounts.
• Engage with partners and customers to understand needs and communicate value of services.
• Provide SME guidance on offerings, policies, and compliance to partners and teams.
• Lead planning calls with stakeholders to anticipate renewals.
• Address customer inquiries or escalations related to renewals promptly.
