Job summary

Randstad is seeking an IT Delivery Consultant to support our recruitment team in sourcing and delivering top technology talent. You will manage the full candidate lifecycle and ensure timely, high-quality delivery to clients.

Your role involves sourcing, screening, matching, and coordinating interviews and offers, while building strong pipelines and maintaining accurate ATS/CRM records to track KPIs. You will collaborate with account managers to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview/offer processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
• Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.
