Randstad Dublin is hiring a Delivery Consultant to connect top talent with clients across our accounts. You’ll source candidates, tailor advertisements, search databases, and build a network to deliver hires.

The role combines consultative partnership with business targets, offering a competitive base salary with commission, access to advanced recruitment tools, a share purchase scheme, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clients' requirements
• Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients' needs and requirements
• Conduct searches via databases, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
• Shortlist and interview new prospective talent and prepare for client engagement
• Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market while maximizing existing client relationships
• Balance candidate sourcing and client relationships to bridge clients with their next hires

To be successful in this position you will:

• Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
• Have an appetite for success with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Possess excellent communication and rapport building skills to engage and excite new Talent
• Previous experience within recruitment sector is preferred although not essential
