Job summary

Randstad Employment Bureau in Ireland seeks an IT Delivery Consultant to support our recruitment team in sourcing and delivering top technology talent, managing full candidate lifecycle, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to clients.

You will source, screen, and liaise with account managers to meet client expectations, maintain ATS/CRM records, and build pipelines across IT specialisms.

Qualifications

• Proven IT recruitment experience across IT roles.
• Diversity recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience working with System Integrators (SI).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Match candidates to client requirements and coordinate interview/offer processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.

• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous recruitment experience in all IT roles (diversity is key).


• Past experience working with System Integrators SI.


• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.


• Target-driven with excellent communication.


• Ability to manage multiple roles.
