Job summary

Ripple is seeking a hard-working IT Support Specialist to join our team in Ireland. You will provide front-line IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat, and help manage onboarding and device provisioning.

You’ll support and troubleshoot Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, Slack, and other SaaS apps, handle macOS, Windows, and device/identity management, and participate in on-call rotations. This role requires onsite work five days a week to foster collaboration and real-time

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Jira and FreshService ticketing systems.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat.
• Support and troubleshoot SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, Slack).
• Deliver expertise in macOS, Windows, and device/identity management (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune).
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and equipment reclamation for employees.
• Lead New Hire IT Orientation and day-one technical guidance.
• Act as liaison for conference room AV systems (Neat, Crestron, Zoom).
• Maintain asset management and IT documentation for end-users and internal teams.
• Support deployments, office moves, and system migrations.
