Job summary

CPL in Ireland is seeking an IT Support Officer to join a well-established client in North Cork. You will provide deskside and remote support to end users across multiple locations and gain exposure across infrastructure, systems, and IT projects.

Candidates should have 1-3 years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. A full driving licence and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT support experience or equivalent helpdesk exposure.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote support to users across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of new hardware and digital solutions
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvements
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records
• Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders

Experience

• 1-3 years' experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
• Full clean driving licence and access to your own transport
