Job summary

Cpl in Ireland is seeking an IT Support Officer for a well-established client in North Cork. The role suits someone with 1-3 years' IT support experience who enjoys solving technical issues and gaining exposure across infrastructure, systems, and IT projects.

You will provide deskside and remote support to users across multiple locations, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues, and assist with hardware rollouts and project upgrades.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote support to users across multiple locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
• Support the rollout of new hardware and digital solutions
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvements
